Payment Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This portal is intended for uploading the proof of payment made to the different payment channels of the university.
It takes 2-3 working days after uploading the PROOF OF PAYMENT before the payment is reflected in the Student Financial Record.
If the form doesn't load, or if you encounter a "Sorry, unable to open the file at this time." message, please log out of your Google/Gmail accounts or clear your browser's cache and try again.
UPLOADING THE PROOF OF PAYMENT
Click the "Payment Form" located on the upper right side of this site to fill out the payment information and wait for the form to load. See the screenshot below.
2. Complete all the information on the form.
3. For multiple attachments, please compress them into a zip file.
3. Files can be uploaded in PDF, JPG, or PNG format.
6. IMPORTANT: Specify the purpose of your payment accurately.

*Note: By default, back accounts are PRIORITIZED over downpayment and other accounts.

1. Metrobank
"Over-the-Counter" payments
2. Metrobank Online Banking
If you wish to pay using the Metrobank app, follow these steps.
Go to your dashboard and select "MY BILLS"
Click "PAY" under One-Time Payment
When you’re on the Biller Option, search for UIC Davao City then click done on your keyboard.
When the app narrows down your search, click the “>” key
Fill out the necessary fields. Remember that the Subscriber's Number is the ID Number, then fill out the other required fields: the telephone number. After you fill out the necessary details, the "Next" button will automatically become available.
3. BDO Network Bank
To pay your tuition fees at the University of the Immaculate Conception through BDO Network Bank. Provide this necessary account details.
Bank Account Name: UIC
Account Number: 0400-200-7423-9
Upload the receipt with your name to this link: payment.uic.edu.ph
4. Cebuana Lhuillier
The sender must fill in the Receiver with the name "University of the Immaculate Conception", the Student's name, student ID number, student mobile number, and the amount they will pay. The form also has a section for the sender's signature and the recipient's information.
